I have used other local pressure cleaning services in the past and needed a new pressure washing company to clean my roof ,paved areas and awning. I searched on google for companies near me and I came across many different pressure cleaning companies. I did my due diligence and contacted the companies with the highest ratings and ones with the most positive reviews from google. I obtained estimates over the phone from each company for the same job. The prices were very different from one company to another. Some estimates were fair, some exceeding price gauging. Robertās āPressure Kleen company ā was the last company on my list to contact. Robert immediately my call. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He gave me a very fair and competitive quote for the job. Robertās Pressure Kleen company was also available to complete the job the soonest. I called him on Monday afternoon and the appointment was booked and job completed by Thursday morning. I was not home when his team arrived but I was able to see them through my security cameras. They did an amazing job with the roof cleaning, cleaning of my pavers, my awnings and my decking! Everything was spotless and there were no dirty puddles of water anywhere. My next door neighbor even stopped by and asked them to help her remove a dead rat from her yard. Without any hesitation, his staff removed the dead rat from her yard. Great people and amazing work. Very prompt and very clean communication. I had the roof and house soft wash which is the only way to do the shingle roofs. They also washed the walls and eaves and fascia. Everything was done in a very professional way and they do know what they are doing. If you need a good quality wash for the roof look no further.

An impressive small army uniformed in spiffy new trucks arrived promptly at our home to clean 80 year old barrel tile roof. Their professionalism was immediately apparent. I had no idea what was hibernating on my roof. In short order it went from brown/green to bright pink. Very Miami! They protected my landscaping and cleaned all the gunk from my lawn. If youāve been hesitant to clean your tile roof , wait no longer. And the price was surprisingly low.

Kendall breeze west. All of the cleaning services i have called this is the one that charged me the least. Great service and cleaned my parking and front porch too. Fast, quiet and quality work. Owner was in communication all the time. He even gave a picture and license for this business. Payment is easy, zelle cashapp or cash is not a problem. I also thank God for the weather. After they cleaned the roof it rained like 30 minutes and i have a quadruple roof rinse. Thank you again.
