Garage surfaces and overhead systems
The scope included cleaning and degreasing overhead pipes, as well as power washing 25,000 square feet of garage surfaces. The work addressed more than the floor, extending to the exposed surfaces above the parking area.
A broader restoration scope
The completed project also included refreshing the existing parking lines. Together, these tasks formed the documented scope of this parking-facility restoration.
